Crap Customer service. Twice bitten!!

Second time bitten by these guys I should have realised. I ordered and paid for a Knog Bell and received a pair of Pokeman socks.I have tried every method of comms and spoked to 5 different people. No phone numbers no online chat they certainly do not understand KYC All have said we will sort ..... all they have done have asked for these cheap socks back!! I will send when I can get out!!I have to locate a printer and post. They have admitted their mistake and posted me another customers order. I just want my order or money back!!!!

Order did't arrived but refund was quick.

After order my parcel didn't arrive. The customer service told me to wait one month. After one month still i didn't have my parcel so i requested full refund. The refund arrived after few days.

Perfect until needing customer service

After reading that Probikekit are better at answering replies to trust pilot reviews I've resorted to listing here.I must add after having disappointing service from for runners by runners and depor Village i was very happy to find this company who I've ordered bike shoes and new tyres from. No problems, ultra fast delivery and good price. Very happy days. The problem has arisen with my latest order placed boxing day for a new set of wheels that were showing on the website as available. There were sets of wheels with similar if not identical specs except the decals looked different and the price was a lot cheaper so I ordered. Wanting clarification that I hadn't stumbled on an offer too good to be true and have to send the item back i utilised the chat option through the app. This is where the issues started. The messages were looked at and replied over an hour between messages for something as simple as a product query. I had to go through verification of my account details for a non user specific issue that didn't warrant the security checks. Nevertheless I duly obliged making a point to message back straight say to keep the operator with me to give me a reply back straight away. Absolutely nothing. The operator name changed over 5 times throughout the c course of the day. I finally get a product clarification and am happy but the item still remains as processing and the item has since been marked as sold out on the website. Stuck in limbo i presume that my order will be fulfilled as I ordered it two days before it went out of stock on the website but worried about the slow delay i decide to utilise the Facebook page messenger service. The same service with replies over an hour and I've now been told that the item is out of stock even though I've paid for it when available on the site and 2 days before it has been removed. Due to this I'm waiting for a reply whenever that may be and have no other way of venting my frustration and hopefully speaking to somebody quicker than through trust pilot to look in to this for me. In the process throughout my research I have missed out on other wheels I would have been able to purchase that have now gone on other selling sites.The most frustrating thing is that if the item has indeed gone out of stock then why wasn't I told this on the original chat when getting a product specification. I'm looking forward to a reply from probikekit to try and get to the bottom of this to resolve please.I was so happy with this company based on my previous 2 purchases until the first time I needed to use the customer service and it appears to have capitulated as quickly as my football team did against Leeds this evening. ?
